The textile products we offer you, as well as our work and manufacturing processes, are certified according to international standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SA8000:2014, OHSAS 18001:2017. Company certificates comprise also: OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class 1, according Annex 6, OEKO-TEX® Step, FSC, Canopy Style, GRS (Global Recycling Standard), RWS (Responsible Wool Standard), THE WOOLMARK COMPANY, OCS (Organic content standard), BCI (Better Cotton Initiative), EU ECOLABEL:BG/016/002, Higg Index, CCS (Content Claim Standard), DETOX, ZDHC Gateway. At DiKa we have full control over the entire production cycle of our clothing collections and 95% of the materials used in them are produced in our factories located in Europe (Bulgaria, Italy and Serbia). We plan the optimally produced quantities and strive for effective reduction of waste from textile resources (upcycling). We do not destroy clothing and accessories left over from previous collections.
DiKa employees are our most valuable asset. They work in a safe, healthy environment in a spirit of mutual respect and ethics. No harmful or irritating chemicals are used in the production process. We create clothes for you, our customers, with attention to the smallest detail, based on regulated work, in accordance with European legislation and requirements, compliance with working hours and fair pay.
We care about the origin of our products. From animal welfare to afforestation, we control the supply chain from the beginning to the end of each step in the production process (spinning, dyeing, fabric transport). Our laboratories develop sustainably produced fabrics - including ecological yarns, based on recycled polyester. They combine excellent wearing characteristics, quality and care for the environment and the natural resources.
ISO 9001:2015 is a standard that defines requirements for a quality management system through which the company can continuously provide products and services that meet customer requirements and regulatory requirements.
ISO 14001:2015 is a standard that allows companies to identify and manage the environmental aspects of their activities, products and services that have a significant impact on the environment.
ISO 45001:2018 ISO 45001 is an international standard that defines the requirements for an occupational health and safety management system, providing guidance on its implementation and thus enabling an organization to improve its performance in preventing injuries and illnesses caused by working conditions.
SA8000 is an international certification standard that encourages organizations to develop, maintain, and implement socially acceptable workplace practices.
OHSAS 18001:2017 OHSAS 18001 is a standard that defines the requirements for the Occupational Health and Safety Management System to enable each organization to identify, assess and manage occupational health and safety risks and improve its performance in this area.
OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Product Class 1, according Annex 6 OEKO-TEX is an international independent organization for testing textile products, as well as the entire production process, working conditions and waste regulation. STANDARD 100 ensures that textiles have passed a test for the absence of harmful substances.
OEKO-TEX® Step Sustainable textile production is a system for certification of textile brands, retailers and manufacturers who want to communicate about their achievements in sustainable production in a transparent, reliable and clear to the public way. FSC - The FSC® brand identifies products coming from forests that are properly and responsibly managed in accordance with strict environmental, social and economic standards.
Canopy Style Canopy collaborates with the largest customers of the forest industry and their suppliers. The efforts are concentrated on the development of business solutions for the purpose of protection of the last forests remained unaffected by the human activity. The goal is for the companies to develop their commercial practices and create permanent solutions for the endangered forests around the world.
GRS is an international, voluntary, product standard that sets requirements for certification by third parties of: the content of recycled raw materials, supply chain monitoring, social and environmental practices, and compliance with the requirements for the chemicals used. It is aimed at companies for processing, spinning, weaving and knitting, dyeing, printing and sewing in more than 50 countries. It certifies: accurately declared content, good working conditions, minimizing the harmful effects of chemicals on the environment. The RWS (Responsible Wave Standard) ensures that the wool is delivered from farms that comply with strict animal welfare and abatement standards and decrease the impact on the environment.
THE WOOLMARK COMPANY Woolmark is a world-renowned leader and authority in the field of wool fabrics. The company promotes the advantages of wool as a fabric for clothing production and uses its know-how to certify products that guarantee high quality wool. OCS (Organic Mixed Content Standard) certifies textile products made from natural fibers (vegetable or animal) in accordance with the criteria of organic farming. Approves the content of natural fibers from organic farming in textile products (both intermediate and finished products); ensures traceability of raw materials, intermediates and finished products throughout the production chain.
BCI (Better Cotton Initiative) is the largest cotton sustainability program in the world, including organizations ranging from farms to fashion and textile brands and civil society organizations, driving the cotton sector towards more environmentally, socially and economically sustainable production practices.
EU ECOLABEL is a label of environmental excellence that is awarded to products and services meeting high environmental standards throughout their life-cycle: from raw material extraction, to production, distribution and disposal. The EU Ecolabel promotes the circular economy by encouraging producers to generate less waste and CO2 during the manufacturing process. We have EU ECOLABEL:BG/016/002, which refers to a group of products - viscose silk.
Higg Index is a set of tools that allow evaluation of company products and sustainability.
The Content Claim Standard (CCS) is a “chain of custody” standard that provides companies with a tool to verify that one or more of the specific materials are in a final product. Each organization is checked by an independent third party.
ZDHC Gateway CCS issued in July 2017, it is designed to share verified wastewater tests and data based on tests conducted by ZDHC Accepted Laboratories and in accordance with the ZDHC Wastewater Guidelines.
DETOX - E.Miroglio group is a supplier of companies classified as “Avant-Garde” by Greenpeace Detox Catwalk. E. Miroglio is committed to eliminating harmful substances from its production process, including the 11 priority groups identified by Greenpeace.
